The Company, K.C. International Ltd., is manufacturing all types of Bath Mats, Bath Rugs in Cotton, Acrylic, Polyester/Cotton, Jute and Nylon in Piece Dyed, Yarn Dyed, Decorative and Children Products, Single Sided, Reversibles, Chenille, High & Low Loop, Tumble Twist, Synthetic Latex Mats, Tufted Bed Spread, etc. in a wide variety of colours, grammage, sizes & designs under strict Quality Control. The bath mats are with and without anti-skid backing. The Company imports Rubber Compound for its Anti-skid plant; both embossed and spray type/Hot Melt from the U.K.

The Company is having Single Needle, Multi-Needle and Wide Width continuous Tufting Machines and Latex Embossing Plant for manufacturing bath mats, jute mats, tufted bed spread, and etc. catering to both promotional volume markets and higher end premium ranges.The company exports to U.K. & Ireland, Australia, USA, Denmark, Turkey, Germany etc. for a wide range of customers and Department Stores. We are also supplying in the local market in India.Plant & Machinery :
- Single Needle Machines : 200 - Range from 6 mm to 30 mm in cut pile, 8 mm to 45 mm in loop.
- Multi Needle (4/6/8 needles) Machines : 80 -High speed machines with high production. Cut Pile & Loop.
- Wide width continuous Tufting Machines : - 330 needles and 640 needles machines. 3/16” gauge, Cobble make.
- Embossing latex plant (with Gel foam mixer) : 1 (width 2.35 Mtrs.) -Spray (Hot Melt) latex machine : 1.
Production Capacity :
- On average we can produce around 3,00,000 pcs. per month.
- Bathmats upto GSM 2800 (PSF – 260).
- Bathmats maximum size upto 120 x 180 CM (48” x 72”).
